*Our shipping department will be closed from 12 p.m. Central Time on Friday, September 29, 2022 through 6 a.m. Central Time on Monday, October 6th. Orders placed during this time will be fulfilled starting on October 6, 2022. All other shipping related policies and fees apply during this period of time.

During regular operations, orders placed on sierraparts.com ship out on the same day if the order is placed before 2 p.m. central time. 

30-Day Return Policy

If you’re not satisfied with your purchase, you can return it for any reason for a full refund within 30 days of your purchase, provided it has not been customized, is unused, and is still in its original packaging. See further “Details” below. For products purchased from an authorized dealer, the dealer’s return policy applies — please contact your selling dealer directly for more information.

Details of our return policy

To be eligible for a 30-day return, the following criteria must be met:

All returns must be related to a sierraparts.com order. SIERRA does not offer returns on items purchased outside of sierraparts.com.

All returns must be processed online by use of our returns form within 30 days of the original purchase. 

Any shipping costs from the original order are non-refundable.

Any additional return shipping costs are non-refundable.

All merchandise must be unused and undamaged and returned in its original packaging.

Once your return has been received, please allow up to 15 business days to process your refund. Net refunds will be returned to the original form of payment. SIERRA does not offer store credit or gift cards for returned products. SIERRA does not accept returns on customized products.

For exchanges, please return your item(s) for a full refund and re-place an order on sierraparts.com for the correct item.

SIERRA does not price match with dealers or competitors.

Any approved warranty exchanges must be requested separately through our Warranty Form.

Shipping your return

We recommend the following guidelines when shipping your return:

Pack your item to ensure there is no damage to the returned product during transit.

Please return the item with the original product packaging lease, make sure any reference to old tracking numbers is completely removed.

Insert any related paperwork inside your box including your RMA# supplied to you in response to your return form.

Securely attach your return label to the package.

Ship your return based on the shipping label provided. We recommend retaining a copy of your drop-off receipt for your records.

If you choose to use your own shipper, this will be at your sole cost. Please include original order information or the return RMA number inside the box and on the return label. We recommend selecting a service that allows for package tracking and keeping the tracking number for your records. If you use your own shipper, return shipping costs are non-refundable.
